Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of Virtugine ("we", "us"), an AI phone-answering service for businesses. By signing up or using Virtugine you agree to them.
The service
Virtugine answers calls to your Virtugine number using AI, takes messages, can capture appointment requests, transfer calls and send texts where enabled, and provides call summaries and transcripts in your app. AI can make mistakes; please review important call details.
Your account and number
Each plan includes a dedicated phone number while your subscription is active. Numbers are provided through our telephony partners; if you cancel, the number may be released after a short grace period. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and the business information you give your AI accurate.
Plans, minutes and billing
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and include a number of call minutes per month. Calls are never cut off when you reach your allowance; we'll notify you and may ask you to move to a larger plan or apply overage at the rate shown at signup. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges and the current period is not refunded.
Acceptable use
Don't use Virtugine for unlawful, deceptive or harassing calls or texts, for robocalling or bulk marketing, or to collect information you're not allowed to collect. You're responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including call-recording notice requirements and texting rules. We may suspend lines used in breach of these terms.
Text messages
Texts are sent only with the recipient's consent and always include opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability
We work to keep Virtugine available around the clock but can't guarantee uninterrupted service; telephony and AI providers occasionally have outages.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtugine is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business from missed or mishandled calls.
Changes
We may update these terms; continuing to use Virtugine after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
